Qualifications

• Experience closing B2B deals with small-business clients.
• Ability to generate and own a sales pipeline.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, or operations is a plus.
• Honest communicator; avoid overselling.

• Run discovery calls to surface true back-office costs for small businesses.
• Own the cycle from first call to signature, including pricing conversations.
• Build and manage outbound pipeline, not just inbound leads.
