ClearDesk helps US SMBs hire and manage Remote Team Members based in the Philippines. The Account Executive will run a full calendar of qualified appointments, close new client deals, and expand engagements, all while maintaining a clean HubSpot pipeline.

You’ll leverage AI tools for notes, follow-ups, and research to spend more time in front of buyers. You will report to the Head of Growth and be part of a Sales team including SDRs, AEs, and Client Experience.

Formación

• 2+ years closing B2B deals to small-business owners or similar.
• Comfortable selling a consultative, high-velocity motion with short cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Run 15–25 SDR-booked discovery calls weekly with target owners/operators.
• Close new clients and expansions: proposals, pricing, objections, signed agreements.
• Own your pipeline in HubSpot: log calls, stage deals, forecast confidently.
• Follow up on no-shows and stalled deals to reclaim opportunities.
• Provide feedback to Marketing/SDR/Recruiting on role demand and objections.
