Job summary

CATCHES is hiring an Account Executive to accelerate commercial growth across the US and international markets. You will own the full sales cycle, build relationships with luxury fashion brands, and lead product demonstrations with our technical and product teams.

You will develop compelling business cases, navigate complex enterprise cycles, and help shape our go-to-market strategy. This role offers remote work across the US with travel to liaise with London and New York teams.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into fashion, luxury, retail or ecommerce
• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders (ecommerce, technology, commercial leaders)
• Experience managing pilots, POCs or evaluations through to commercial agreements
• Strong ability to translate technology into clear business value

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from introduction to contract signature
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across fashion brands and retailers
• Lead product demonstrations and commercial discussions with cross-functional teams
• Develop business cases connecting our technology to conversion, returns and customer experience
• Manage your pipeline, CRM reporting and provide reliable sales forecasts
• Refine go-to-market strategy, pricing and sales processes with leadership
• Represent CATCHES at industry events and grow opportunities through your network
