Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to lead new account acquisition and business development across womens apparel brands, specialty retailers, boutiques, and e-commerce platforms. This remote role reports to the CEO and collaborates with founders and internal teams to drive growth.

The candidate will leverage existing relationships, identify new opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to production orders, while traveling as needed for meetings and trade

Qualifications

• 5+ years wholesale sales experience in womens apparel.
• Existing relationships with womens apparel buyers and e-commerce fashion companies.
• Proven ability to develop new business and build customer relationships.
• Experience selling apparel programs or production solutions.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with womens apparel brands, specialty retailers, e-commerce fashion companies, and retail decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and present AI-driven product discovery and manufacturing capabilities.
• Build relationships with buyers, merchants, sourcing teams, and other key stakeholders.
• Present opportunities based on real-time market insights and demand.
• Manage the sales process from initial conversation through orders.
• Collaborate with founders and product/sourcing teams to support programs.
• Attend customer meetings, industry events, and market appointments as needed.
