Hightouch is expanding its Ad Studio team and seeks a Mid-Market Account Executive to lead consultative, strategic deals with performance marketing buyers. You will influence ICP, build the sales motion, and help position the product with customers.

As a founding team member, you’ll thrive in ambiguity, partner across marketing and product, and drive growth for a rapidly evolving product that integrates first‑party data with AI‑driven creative workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a full cycle sales role.
• Background in adtech or martech is a strong plus.
• Experience selling to performance marketing buyers is advantageous.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
• Genuine interest in AI and its impact on creative/performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Sell consultative, strategic deals to mid-market performance marketing teams.
• Help define sales motion and product positioning for Ad Studio.
• Collaborate with founding team to shape ICP and GTM strategy.
