Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own the revenue engine for Ad Studio, our AI-powered platform for performance marketing teams. You’ll lead paid ads, webinars, lead generation, and content that earns attention, with an entrepreneurial founder mindset.

We’re looking for a performance marketer with 5+ years in B2B SaaS, capable of building programs from scratch, and comfortable with AI tools, data-driven decisions, and a fast-scaling startup pace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running paid acquisition and demand gen at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to build programs from 0→1 and work with a blank slate.
• Comfort with data-driven storytelling and funnel optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale growth channels for Ad Studio: launch and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and emerging channels; create lead magnets to anchor the funnel.
• Measure everything: build reporting on funnel conversion, CPL, and pipeline; use data to guide budget and testing decisions.
• Move like a founder: set your own roadmap, experiment often, and treat Ad Studio’s pipeline as your own business.
