Stern Recruiting is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing SaaS company delivering cutting-edge solutions in digital employee experience, automation, and IT performance. This is a high-impact sales role with strong leadership support, a healthy pipeline, and a platform that solves real problems for mid-enterprise IT teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a commercial territory (1,000–8,000 employees)
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close (new and expansion)
• Drive revenue through both direct and partner-led channels, including cloud marketplaces
• Collaborate with solution engineers, partners, and leadership to win deals
• Sell with urgency, clarity, and value at every step

What You Bring:

• 5–10 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
• Proven success selling to IT and business decision-makers
• Hunter mindset—you create pipeline, not just work it
• Experience with channel partners and/or marketplaces (e.g., Azure)
• Based in NY or NJ with ability to meet customers in person when needed
