Territory: Field-based, covering the Los Angeles market
Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience and expectations, plus uncapped commission.

As the organization continues to grow across Southern California, they are looking for an Account Executive who can build genuine, lasting relationships with referral sources and help expand access to high-quality infusion services throughout Los Angeles.
The Opportunity
The Account Executive will be a key representative of the business in the Los Angeles market. This is a field-based role for someone who is comfortable owning a territory, developing a thoughtful plan, and building the physician, provider, and referral-source relationships that drive sustainable growth.
You will work closely with sales leadership, branch teams, clinical staff, intake, reimbursement, and operations to ensure referral partners receive responsive support and patients have a smooth path into care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing and territory plan aligned with company sales objectives, budget expectations, and growth targets.
- Use the territory plan to prioritize daily activity, manage key accounts, and achieve assigned quota goals.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with physicians, referral sources, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders across the Los Angeles market.
- Promote the organization’s home and ambulatory infusion capabilities, clinical services, and patient-centered care model to drive referral growth.
- Act as a primary liaison between referral sources and branch personnel during the patient intake process.
- Coordinate and manage required administrative documentation and communication throughout the intake process.
- Partner closely with clinical, reimbursement, intake, operations, and marketing teams to support patient satisfaction and a seamless referral experience.
- Provide leadership with timely market feedback, including sales challenges, referral-source concerns, patient complaints, competitive intelligence, and growth opportunities.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including meetings, reviews, reporting, and evaluation of outcomes.
- Attend required training programs and complete sales assignments as needed.
- Represent the organization at relevant industry events, professional meetings, and patient-support programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- At least three years of medical sales experience.
- Prior sales or marketing experience supporting home infusion, home care, specialty injectable therapies, or related healthcare services is strongly preferred.
- A background combining successful healthcare sales experience with a clinical degree is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, clinical, reimbursement, intake, and operations personnel to support excellent patient and referral-source experiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-directed, organized, and capable of managing a field-based territory independently.
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications.
