Job summary

Stone Hendricks Group is seeking a Home Infusion Sales Specialist to expand access to home infusion therapy across Southern California. You will identify referral sources, educate healthcare providers, and partner with clinicians to ensure smooth patient transitions to home-based care.

The role requires a healthcare background, 3+ years in healthcare sales, and strong communication skills. A valid CA driver’s license is essential; RN licensure and managed care experience are nice-to-have.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a healthcare field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare sales, account management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare system and reimbursement models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with professionals and patients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• RN license in California preferred; managed care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, clinics, and physicians in the assigned territory.
• Educate healthcare providers about home infusion services and their benefits for patients.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth transitions to home infusion therapy.

• Highly motivated and self-directed with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A Plus:
• Experience in home infusion or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of California (preferred).
• Managed care experience (preferred).
