Job summary

Novatech is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in the Chattanooga Metropolitan Area. You will build relationships with local decision-makers, manage a robust sales pipeline, and deliver tailored technology solutions from our IT, Print, Cloud, and Security portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, proven outside sales experience, and proficiency with Salesforce. A valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory are required.

• Engage New Business – Drive leads and create new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking

• Local Networking – Build relationships within the Chattanooga business community to identify and develop new opportunities
• Become an Expert – Develop a deep understanding of Novatech's products and services to better serve clients
• Relationship Building – Connect with decision-makers and executive leadership to grow revenue and expand market presence
• Achieve Goals – Meet and exceed activity and revenue objectives while effectively managing your territory

What You Bring to Novatech

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Business-to-business outside sales experience preferred
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• Must reside within the Chattanooga Metropolitan Area or reasonable commuting distance to support the assigned territory
• Ability to travel to the Chattanooga office located at 109 Signal Mountain Road, Chattanooga, TN 37405, as business needs require
