Job summary

Novatech is hiring an Account Executive to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. This role involves representing a market-leading portfolio of Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, and more, with uncapped earning potential.

You will develop territory strategies, pursue new business opportunities, and engage key decision-makers to deliver technology-driven improvements in productivity and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• B2B sales experience preferred, with outside sales strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and build client relationships.
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to travel throughout the Atlanta Metropolitan Area to meet with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic outreach, and relationship building.
• Build and execute a territory strategy to identify and engage target accounts.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer goals, operational challenges, and technology needs.

• Build relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers throughout the Atlanta market.
• Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement through close.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and customer information within Salesforce.
• Meet and exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
