Job summary

Novatech, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive in Plano, Texas, to engage new business and drive leads in the North Dallas area. The role offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company, focusing on building relationships and delivering innovative business solutions.

As part of a collaborative team, you will undergo an 8-week training program and continuously develop your sales and product knowledge while achieving your sales goals. A competitive commission structure and comprehensive benefits package are included.

• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Must reside within the Plano, TX market.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

What You Bring to Novatech:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Outside sales experience preferred
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• Must reside within the Plano, TX market or reasonable commuting distance to support the local territory
