Job summary

Pavion is seeking an Account Executive to grow our fire business in the Eastern MA and Southern NH markets. You will prospect, develop new customers, and strengthen existing partnerships while delivering integration solutions across fire, security, and communications systems.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in fire systems sales or related fields and a valid driver’s license. The role offers a base salary with commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of fire systems sales, low voltage, or CCTV experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow Pavion's presence in Eastern MA and Southern NH.
• Create new market share through prospecting and developing new customers.
• Strengthen existing customer partnerships within commercial accounts.
• Cultivate new leads through referrals, company-provided leads, networking, and cold calling.
• Efficiently manage territory resources to maximize daily production and customer relationships.
• Provide consultations including design, scope of work, and solution integration.
• Promote and cross-sell all Pavion products and services.
• Collaborate with manufacturing representatives and operations.
