Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple client accounts within a digital, corporate communications, investor relations or related environment.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and manage senior-level engagement.
• Strong understanding of client business models, metrics and results delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio of accounts as the primary contact.
• Develop senior-level engagement with client stakeholders and understand their IR/communications needs.
• Own proposals, pricing, renewals, and identify upsell opportunities within accounts.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget work to client standards.
• Collaborate with delivery, product and specialist teams to drive results.
• Support account strategy with risk management and knowledge sharing.
