adm Indicia is a next-generation brand activation agency seeking an Account Manager to lead day-to-day client accounts across print, POS, and promotional programs. You will manage inventory, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and drive on-time delivery aligned to client goals and adm’s commercial objectives.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, project leadership, and data-driven performance tracking, with a hybrid office model in Richmond, VA and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing account management role.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and vendor communication.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to assess the big picture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a client-facing presence.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of client accounts across print, POS, and promotional programs.
• Develop and deliver programs aligning client goals with adm Indicia objectives.
• Manage inventory and ensure on-time delivery; coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track program performance and provide regular updates to clients and leadership.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time production and quality control.
• Support sustainability goals within projects.
