Job summary

IDX is seeking a Senior Digital Media Strategist to support the Director, Paid Media in driving the next evolution of performance marketing. You will own multi-channel paid campaigns, collaborate across accounts, and translate data into strategic narratives for clients.

You’ll work with Meta and Google Ads, apply tracking and attribution knowledge, and partner with creative and analytics teams to optimize performance and scale impact across industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Media across multiple channels.
• Expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of tracking logic including GTM, GA4, platform pixels, CAPI, and attribution modeling.
• Proven ability to diagnose issues and propose solutions proactively.
• Ability to present complex performance data to internal stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy and optimization for complex accounts across Meta and Google Ads.
• Manage campaign pacing and budget oversight while hitting client KPIs through proactive tactical adjustments.
• Brief and test ad formats informed by buyer psychology and AI-driven use cases.
