The role requires strong consultative leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Solutions or related client-facing technology roles.
• Strong consultative and relationship-management capabilities.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement, success, and solution design for the technology platform.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify business needs and technology opportunities.
• Develop technology roadmaps, business cases, and implementation approaches.
• Serve as Voice of the Customer to inform product and solutions improvements.
• Oversee architecture of integrations and data flows across systems.
