What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales of litigation support services, including Electronic Data Discovery and Managed Review
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying new upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
- Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, and presentations to showcase services
- Manage accounts of existing clients while identifying and acquiring new clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of sales success in the litigation support/eDiscovery market
- Ability to maintain a sales brag book demonstrating achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
- Strong network and influence within the eDiscovery market
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical details effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
