Job summary

OpenAI, a leading AI research and deployment company, seeks a Senior GTM professional in Sydney to drive revenue and strategic deals for our platform solutions. You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and strategists to advance customer success and deployment of AI products across industries.

You will own revenue targets, manage forecasts, and work with executive teams to design complex deal strategies while shaping how customers adopt and scale our models.

Qualifications

• 7+ years selling and renewing platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service.
• Designing and executing complex deal strategies.
• Supporting the growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies.
• Working directly with c-level executives.
• Communicating technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Gathering, distilling, and processing complex market (industry, competitor, customer, prospect) intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, developing and executing strategies for a comprehensive account plan.
• Support customer accounts from initial engagement to deployment and renewal.
• Partner with solutions and researchers to build and execute complex customer programs.
• Own a revenue target and manage revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate across teams to align go-to-market programs and customer needs.
• Provide data-driven insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor industry landscape and inform product roadmap and strategy.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of teammates and contribute to company culture.
