Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring an Account Development Manager for its Fleet Solutions sales team. You will generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment. The role supports a 70% base pay and 30% uncapped commission structure.

We seek candidates with strong tele-sales experience, CRM proficiency, and fluency in Punjabi and English. Local Dallas presence required; immigration sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of telemarketing sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to speak Punjabi and English fluently.
• Driven and winning attitude.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own book of business through inbound and outbound tele-sales.
• Work warm leads from our CRM and turn prospects into long‑term customers.
• Make 100 outbound calls per day to drive new business and hit goals.
• Partner with your supervisor to prioritize accounts and qualify high‑value prospects.
• Negotiate, close deals, and consistently hit volume targets.
• Promote new offerings and programs as they launch while being a subject matter consultant to the customer.
• Use Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and maintain accurate, fast data entry.
• Sell B2B without the travel.
