Job summary

Moss Holding Company is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Account Management team. You will assist with price quote administration, opportunity management, and coordinating artwork and schedules.

This role involves participating in project launches, coordinating with outside service providers, and backing up Account Managers during travel or time off. Training is provided to prepare for advancement to Associate Account Manager or Account Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Manages quote and work order administration in Moss OS, including price quote administration, opportunity management, follow-up on active quotes, project management, and artwork administration.
• Participates in Project Launch meetings to align cost assumptions, resources, and timelines.
• Coordinates with outside services providers contracted for the projects.
• Supports Account Managers in managing project schedules, lead times, art file requirements, PO deadlines, installation scheduling, and production scheduling as needed.
• Responds promptly to inquiries and forwards information to the appropriate person.
• Participates in meetings with customers, installers, outsource providers, and internal resources.
• Performs back-up coverage for Account Managers during business travel and PTO.
• Maintains documentation such as change orders, approvals, scheduling, and client files in Moss OS.
• Understands Moss's capabilities and the steps required to deliver a successful project.
