Job summary

Moss Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Account Coordinator to collaborate with Account Managers and support day-to-day operations in the Account Management department.

You will assist with price quotes, opportunity management, follow-ups on active quotes, and artwork administration while training for promotion to Associate Account Manager or Account Manager. The role involves project launches, scheduling, coordination with outside providers, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Preferred: Sales or Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages quote and work order administration in Moss Operating System including price quote administration, opportunity management, follow up on active quotes, project management, artwork administration
• Participates in Project Launch meetings to align cost assumptions, resources, and timelines
• Coordinates with outside services providers contracted for the projects
• Supports Account Managers in managing the project schedule such as lead times, art file requirements, PO deadlines, installation scheduling, and production scheduling
• Responds promptly to inquiries and forwards information to the appropriate person
• Participates in meetings with customers, installers, outsource product providers, and internal resources as needed
• Performs back up coverage for Account Managers during business travel and PTO
• Maintains documentation such as change orders, approvals, scheduling, and client files in Moss OS
• Understands Moss’s in-house and out-sourced capabilities and the steps required to deliver a successful project
