Job summary

Moss is seeking an Account Coordinator in an onsite role at our Kaysville, UT location. You will collaborate with Account Managers to handle day-to-day operations within the Account Management department, assisting with quotes, opportunity tracking, project management, and artwork administration while preparing for progression to Associate Account Manager or Account Manager.

The role emphasizes supporting quotes, scheduling, and client communications as part of Moss’s visual communications team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred: Sales or Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages quote and work order administration in Moss OS; includes price quote administration, opportunity management, follow up on active quotes, project management, artwork administration.
• Participates in Project Launch meetings to align cost assumptions, resources, and timelines.
• Coordinates with outside services providers contracted for the projects.
• Supports Account Managers in managing the project schedule (lead times, art file requirements, PO deadlines, installation scheduling, production scheduling).
• Responds to inquiries and forwards information to the appropriate person.
• Participates in meetings with customers, installers, outsource providers, and internal resources as needed.
• Performs backup coverage for Account Managers during travel and PTO.
• Maintains documentation such as change orders, approvals, scheduling, and client files in Moss OS.
• Understands Moss's capabilities and knows the steps required to deliver a project.
