Job summary

RTCA is seeking a Customer Accounts Manager to own customer relationships from RFQ through delivery. You will collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Shipping to ensure accurate requirements, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and ability to de-escalate issues while coordinating across multiple RTCA divisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for assigned customer accounts.
• Oversee customer service activities for RFQ/order intake/PO changes, acknowledgements, and portals.
• Set and communicate delivery commitments; report status to customers and leadership.
• Coordinate with Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Shipping to align requirements with production plans.
• Support contract reviews and flow-down requirements; collaborate with Estimating and Sales on quotes.
• Monitor account performance including on-time delivery, backlog, and open issues.
• Lead escalations and recovery plans for late or at-risk orders across divisions.
• Manage job priorities and expedite orders to protect delivery dates.
• Handle customer change requests and schedule changes through resolution.
• Lead resolution of complaints, shipment discrepancies, and quality concerns with Quality and Operations.
• Coordinate intercompany work and orders between RTCA divisions.
• Maintain account trackers and milestone reports.
• Improve processes for order entry and customer communication.
• Guide and support Customer Service Associates where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
