Job summary

iRF Solutions in Sparks, MD seeks a Customer Service Representative (Level 2) to provide outstanding account management, order processing, and RMA handling. You will work with planning, production, and shipping to maintain accurate delivery times and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or an Associate with substantial related experience, strong communication, and ERP/Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years in sales/customer service or 2 years post-secondary/associate with 6+ years experience.
• Ability to obtain export control eligibility (U.S. Person for ITAR).
• Organized and personable with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative team player.
• Familiarity with ERP systems—prefer Epicor; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Account management and customer communications; maintain relationships.
• Process orders, enter contracts, and communicate lead times and changes.
• Coordinate with planning, production, quality, and shipping to recover late orders.
• Manage order backlog and customer scorecards; provide status updates.
• Process RMAs; coordinate with quality and shipping for disposition and resolution.
