Job summary

KeHE Distributors, a leading employee-owned distributor of natural and organic, specialty, and fresh products, is seeking an Account Analyst in Cincinnati. The role focuses on data compilation, processing, and analysis to support sales and marketing for customer accounts.

You will work with the Account Manager and customer personnel to optimize planograms, product mix, and promotional activities, while leveraging advanced Excel skills and category-management knowledge to drive profitable sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Minimum two years' experience in sales of grocery products to chain accounts.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and computer skills; proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with formulas, VLOOKUPs, tables, formatting, conditional formatting, charts, pivot tables, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of sales and marketing programs for the Customer chain, including planograms and category responsibilities to maximize profitable sales.
• Coordinate activities among vendors and internal groups to ensure Customer account satisfaction and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Provide technical and analytical support to Category Managers and analyze store data for planogram placement.
• Coordinate merchandising activities such as planograms, new items, ads, grand openings, and customer requests.
• Monitor competitor activities and implement approved plans.
• Monitor accounts and receivables.
• Establish and maintain databases for promotions, price changes, and item maintenance.
