Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Accommodations Scheduling Coordinator to provide operational support for testing accommodations nationwide. You will handle client and candidate inquiries, schedule exam appointments, and coordinate with test centers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure approved accommodations are implemented accurately.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service position.
• Strong professional communication and time management skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion with confidential material.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients, candidates, and internal teams to provide exceptional service.
• Execute accommodation requests following client guidelines to meet one business day KPI.
• Coordinate with service providers for readers, interpreters, and translators.
• Prepare and ship equipment and exam content to test centers for exam day.
• Communicate exam appointment details to Pearson VUE centers to ensure site readiness.
• Act as SME on test center capacity guidelines to meet KPIs.
• Support Helpdesk lines handling accommodations.
