Job summary

Aramark Accommodations Coordinator II provides top-tier support to internal and external customers, acting as a frontline resource for less experienced teammates. The role may step in as interim supervisor during peak periods while handling day-to-day inquiries.

Responsibilities include multi-channel support (phone, live chat, email, fax) and collaboration with Training, IT, Rates & Inventory, and Sales & Marketing to resolve issues and maintain guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to less experienced team members and escalates to a supervisor as needed.
• Acts as product expert on Aramark's properties, systems, policies and procedures.
• Assists training with classroom facilitation during new hire training.
• Communicates property, system, policy, and procedure updates to the sales floor.
• Serves as main point of contact for field leaders to ensure guest needs are met.
