Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Accommodation Coordinator to guide employees through the accommodations process, ensuring ADA compliance and timely processing of requests. You will work with HR, COE, and employees to maintain accuracy and a supportive experience.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with 1+ year HR experience and an associate degree or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of human resources experience
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent responsiveness to HR, COE staff, and employees
• Serve as primary contact for administration of accommodation claims
• Inform employees of required documentation and timeframes
• Request medical information to determine ADA/ Spectrum eligibility
• Record information accurately in HR systems and case management tools
• Apply HR program knowledge to resolve issues and escalate as needed
• Refer cases to Accommodation Specialist when appropriate
• Manage time to meet service levels and customer satisfaction
