U.S. Bank is seeking a Manager for the HR Advisory Services (HRAS) team to lead enterprise accommodations strategy and advisory services, focusing on accessibility and compliance.

The role combines deep ADA expertise with people leadership to drive high-volume casework and complex matters across the organization. The leader partners with Legal, Employee Relations, and business leaders, ensuring consistent accommodation practices aligned with US Bank policies.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive experience in employee relations or HR generalist roles.
• Leadership experience with managing a team and guiding casework.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of accommodations and accessibility advisory services, including remote work and workplace adjustments.
• Ensure consistent interactive process execution, evaluating restrictions and essential job functions to identify reasonable alternatives.
• Partner with ER, Legal, Facilities Management, and other stakeholders on complex or high-risk matters.
• Develop governance and processes to improve response and resolution of provided support.
• Coach and guide elevated cases and advise on actions with executive involvement when needed.
• Review policies with Employee Relations or Legal on complex issues and escalate when appropriate.
• Audit cases and provide coaching to advisors through side-by-side training.
• Manage a regular case volume across a few business lines and lead forward-thinking projects.
