Ohio State University seeks an Exam Services Program Assistant to coordinate accommodated exams and improve assessment accessibility on campus. The role works with students, staff, and faculty to ensure full access to university experiences.

It oversees daily operations of the Exams Services area within Student Life Disability Services, trains 35+ student employees, and supports security and integrity of testing processes across 20,000+ exams yearly.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent years of education or experience.
• 2 years' experience in a social services or student services environment.
• Proved interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and databases.
• Experience working in a team.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience working with diverse individuals.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Successful completion of background check for final candidate.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates accommodated exams and supports accessibility of assessments.
• Oversees daily/shift operations and acts as back up for Exams Services Director duties.
• Plans operations, coordinates databases, and proctors 20,000+ exams annually.
• Coordinates exam accommodations and ensures test integrity and security.
• On-boards, trains, and leads 35+ student employees and volunteers.
• Collaborates with Student Life Technology Services on improvements.
• Communicates with students, faculty, and staff to implement accommodations.
• Supports finals coordination on and off-site.
