Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks an Access Supervisor – Southeast, Ohio to oversee referrals and ensure timely access to services across regions. You will manage a team of intake specialists and collaborate with community partners to coordinate care.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, improving processes, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and supporting staff development while traveling within designated service areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to use databases, spreadsheets, and software.
• Experience operating in Internet-based office environments.
• Strong organizational skills for high-volume work.
• Ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's or higher in social work or clinical counseling.
• OH LISW or LPCC licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals for care and timeliness of access across regions.
• Lead and develop intake specialists teams and partner with community partners.
• Monitor performance, recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and professional ethical guidelines.
• Coordinate agency-wide collaboration and process improvements.
• Travel within designated service areas as needed.
