Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking an Access Supervisor to oversee referrals and timely access to services across multiple regions in Southeast Ohio. You will manage a team of intake specialists, build relationships with partners, and ensure compliant, efficient service delivery.

The role requires strong communication, healthcare experience, and supervision skills, with a salary suitable for Ohio healthcare leadership roles. Travel within service areas is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or clinical counseling required.
• Master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling required.
• Active LISW or LPCC in Ohio required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors timeliness, accuracy and follow-up of referral specialist.
• Ensures quality and timeliness in written and verbal communication with clients and community partners.
• Responsible for performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
• Provides routine support and assistance to employees through individual and group conferences.
• Leads agency-wide collaboration and innovation to support desired outcomes.
• Oversees policies, procedures, and processes.
• Participates in outreach activities and follow‑up calls as necessary.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and mandated reporting requirements.
• Uses EHR systems for accurate client documentation.
• Travels within designated service areas as needed.
