Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an Access Supervisor to oversee referrals and ensure timely access to services across Southeast Ohio. You will manage a team of intake specialists and build productive relationships with community partners.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, effective communication, and staff development. Salary ranges from $61,174.73 to $79,175.95 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or clinical counseling required.
• Master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling required.
• Active LISW or LPCC license in Ohio required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals for care and ensure timely access across multiple regions.
• Lead intake specialists and maintain partner relationships.
• Support staff through coaching, recruitment, and performance management.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate client documentation.
• Promote agency collaboration and innovative care processes.
