Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a Locksmith to perform skilled repair and service on locks, electronic access equipment, and related hardware in commercial settings. The role includes key creation, system maintenance, and data entry into CMMS, with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, and prompt response to emergencies.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of locksmith or maintenance experience. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in locksmith or maintenance in commercial environments preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on locks, doors, and electronic access systems.
• Install and repair pneumatic locking systems and card-reading devices.
• Maintain key control, document work in CMMS, and ensure compliance with OSHA and client contracts.
• Respond to emergencies and mentor junior technicians when needed.
