Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Locksmith to perform maintenance on locks, electronic access equipment, and related hardware across commercial facilities. The role includes making keys, responding to emergencies, and ensuring secure access per client contracts.

Applicants should have 4–6 years of locksmith or maintenance experience, strong communication, and the ability to read electrical schematics. OSHA compliance and CMMS documentation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4-6 years locksmith or maintenance experience in commercial environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Completes documentation in CMMS and passes pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on locks, doors, and related hardware.
• Install and repair pneumatic and electronic locking systems and card readers.
• Establish controlled access and ensure security across facilities.
• Document work orders and maintain records per OSHA and client standards.
• Respond to emergencies and stay current with locksmith technologies.
• Maintain tool and lock controls and complete required compliance training.
