Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years locksmith or maintenance experience in commercial environments required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to read electrical schematics and use CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative and/or corrective maintenance on locks, doors and related hardware.
• Installs, repairs and maintains locking systems and electronic access equipment.
• Establishes controlled access and security per client standards.
• Completes work orders with documentation and adheres to OSHA regulations.
