Ladders is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager, Sleep, to join a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. This remote role focuses on helping providers and account teams navigate patient access, reimbursement, and coverage requirements in a regulated environment. You will partner with sales and internal stakeholders to translate data and payer requirements into actionable plans.

Location: Remote (US). Compensation: $148,000 - $222,000 annually.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of pharma/biopharmaceutical/medical device experience.
• Experience in account management or reimbursement in provider settings.
• Familiarity with HUB, patient services, and REMS programs.
• Knowledge of integrated health systems.
• Strong understanding of managed care and reimbursement.
• Proven ability to build team dynamics with sales representatives.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will build trusted relationships with key accounts and support execution of access strategies that improve patient pathways and business outcomes. You will partner closely with sales representatives and internal stakeholders to translate data, policy changes, and payer requirements into practical action plans. This position also requires strong familiarity with patient support processes and managed care dynamics.
