Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Field Access Manager - New Orleans to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will focus on improving patient access by educating healthcare provider accounts, addressing reimbursement barriers, and helping ensure smoother access to therapy across the field.

The Field Access Manager will partner closely with internal stakeholders, field teams, and external third parties to analyze access trends, strengthen support processes, and enhance the overall patient experience.

A strong background in patient support, pharmaceutical access, and compliance will be essential in this remote role with travel expectations.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $117,000 – $184,200 annually
