Ladders is seeking a Field Access Manager for the New England South region to improve patient access to therapy. This remote role partners with HCP accounts, field teams, and vendors to remove barriers, optimize workflows, and enhance the patient experience.

The candidate will monitor payer trends, ensure HIPAA compliance, and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment with travel expectations. Compensation ranges reflect market rates in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in patient support, pharmaceutical sales, or reimbursement.
• Knowledge of health insurance structures and access processes.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance.

For our client, we are seeking a Field Access Manager- New England South to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will focus on improving patient access to therapy across HCP accounts in the New England South region. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders, field teams, and third-party vendors to remove access barriers, strengthen support workflows, and improve the overall patient experience. The position also requires close attention to payer dynamics, reimbursement processes, and compliance considerations in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $117,000 - $184,200 annually
