Job summary

Executive Director Access Services - Immunology is a remote role with a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director Access Services - Immunology to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape and execute access services strategies that help patients and prescribers navigate reimbursement and support pathways in a highly regulated, science-driven environment. You will lead a field reimbursement team, partner closely with commercial and cross-functional stakeholders, and help ensure patients can start and stay on therapy with fewer access barriers. The position also owns budget oversight, vendor coordination, and data-driven decision-making to improve program effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Location: Remote
Compensation: $255,000 - $424,900 annually

Responsibilities
