Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager, Sleep, to join a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. This remote role focuses on helping providers and account teams navigate patient access, reimbursement, and coverage requirements in a regulated environment. You will partner with sales and internal stakeholders to translate data and payer requirements into actionable plans.

Location: Remote (US). Compensation: $148,000 - $222,000 annually.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of pharma/biopharmaceutical/medical device experience.
• Experience in account management or reimbursement in provider settings.
• Familiarity with HUB, patient services, and REMS programs.
• Knowledge of integrated health systems.
• Strong understanding of managed care and reimbursement.
• Proven ability to build team dynamics with sales representatives.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to support business unit and corporate goals
• Analyze data and develop actionable next steps
• Establish and maintain relationships with key providers and accounts
• Educate providers on patient access services and reimbursement requirements
• Serve as an expert on patient support processes and reimbursement workflows
• Collaborate with sales teams to create payer and reimbursement action plans
• Monitor and communicate changes in coverage policies
