Sotalent is seeking an Access and Reimbursement Manager to lead reimbursement strategies across the Kentuckiana territory (Louisville, Indianapolis, Nashville, St. Louis).

The role focuses on payer education, prior authorization, and patient access for a sleep disorder therapy, collaborating with field teams and external partners to optimize coverage. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharma, biotech, or medical devices.
• Direct experience in account management or reimbursement within a provider office setting.
• Experience with HUB services, patient assistance programs, or REMS protocols.
• Strong understanding of the managed care landscape and healthcare systems.
• Willingness to travel approximately 70–75% across the multi-state territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert on REMS program protocols and enrollment requirements within the territory.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with physicians and administrative staff to ensure patient access.
• Collaborate with field sales, managed markets, and specialty pharmacy partners to align on goals.
• Analyze regional data to identify market trends and develop actionable access plans.
• Educate office staff on prior authorization, coding, and billing updates.
• Monitor changes in coverage policies from payers including Medicaid and commercial plans.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines while executing territory plans.
