Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in reimbursement, managed care, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with payer policies, billing, claims processing, and patient assistance programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as local market access expert on payer policy coverage, multi-channel pathways, and reimbursement.
• Educate providers and staff on product-specific programs and integrate these into office workflows.
• Analyze payer questions, deny/appeal processes, and inventory/reimbursement issues; identify local trends.
• Collaborate with NPC cross-functional teams to share insights and address barriers to access.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient information in all processes.
