Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharma company, seeks a Sleep Access and Reimbursement Manager to lead market access strategies across the Kentuckiana region (Louisville area and nearby markets). You will educate provider offices on payer policies, REMS requirements, and patient support services, collaborating with Field Sales, Managed Markets, and internal teams to optimize product access.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree (MBA preferred) with pharma/biopharma experience.
• Experience calling on provider offices with strong customer relationships.
• Experience with HUB, Patient Services, and REMS programs.
• Experience with Integrated Health Systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Managed Care and reimbursement.
• Ability to lead a team and make sound decisions.
• Strong analytical skills focused on key accounts.
• Experience coordinating billing and medical claims.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Willingness to travel 70-75% and reside near major airport.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to achieve Business Unit and Corporate goals.
• Analyze data and develop action steps for accounts.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with providers.
• Educate on payer requirements and REMS processes and billing.
• Serve as field-based REMS program expert for providers and patients.
• Collaborate with sales, Patient Access and Managed Markets teams.
• Maintain payer coverage and reimbursement database and communicate changes.
• Represent Jazz at payer policy meetings and industry events.
