Valley Behavioral Health is seeking an Access Coordinator to connect clients with care and resources, guiding them through referrals, screenings, scheduling, and intake services. The role supports a compassionate, client-centered approach in a hybrid schedule.

Pay starts at $18.75/hour, with tenure-based increases and performance bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and on-demand pay. Previous case management certs may be obtained post-hire.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• Case Manager certification may be obtained post-hire; CPR and de-escalation certifications may be obtained post-hire.

Responsabilités

• Manage incoming referrals via phone, email, and other contacts.
• Complete eligibility screening and schedule intakes.
• Verify insurance information and discuss funding options.
• Coordinate with staff to finalize registration paperwork.
• Track program capacity and waitlists.
• Connect clients to alternative treatment options and community partners.
• Participate in outreach and education about Valley services and intake process.
