Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is seeking Intake Coordinators / Inside Sales for a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) based on performance. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with two compensation changes and a bonus annually based on performance.

The position offers a clear path for advancement into managerial roles and includes benefits such as weekly lunch catering. Intake coordinators handle initial client contact, screenings, and admissions discussions with the Admissions Director.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales highly desired, especially Complex Selling.
• Any experience working in Mental Health or Addiction Treatment is very helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict client confidentiality.
• Answers the telephone within three rings with a professional greeting.
• Provide program information to prospective clients and families as needed.
• Conduct pre-admission assessments to determine suitability for admission.
• Coordinates admissions discussions with the Admissions Director.
