Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking an Intake Manager to lead a team of Intake Coordinators, driving exceptional patient service and meeting quality benchmarks in a fast-paced behavioral health contact center.

You will coach, mentor, and develop staff while tracking KPIs and generating detailed reports using EHR and scheduling systems. Hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, Monday–Friday; compensation ranges from $59,000 to $65,000 with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred for healthcare management roles.
• Experience overseeing mental health or medical contact centers with KPI-driven performance.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and contact center software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Intake team and ensure high-quality patient service.
• Collaborate with other leaders to improve intake satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Ensure policy adherence including HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Lead training and development; conduct reviews and coaching.
• Develop strategies to resolve issues and implement efficient solutions.
• Manage escalated patient concerns with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing with Workforce Management.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance assessments.
• Implement recognition programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends to bring innovative ideas.
