Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a detail-oriented associate to plan and coordinate Follett ACCESS course materials operations at the store level. You will collect, edit, and oversee textbook orders to ensure timely availability of textbooks and digital resources, collaborating with faculty and the Operations & Implementation Team.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills required.
• Bookstore operations experience preferred.
• Follett system knowledge, Follett ACCESS or CourseTracks preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assist with Follett ACCESS course materials operations.
• Collect, edit, and oversight textbook orders for timely availability.
• Collaborate with Follett ACCESS Operations & Implementation Team and faculty for adoptions and training.
• Coordinate with store management and publishers on adoptions and issues.
• Ensure all course materials are available on targeted dates and support a smooth customer experience.
• Oversee billing and collection for Follett ACCESS accounts.
