Job summary

EY, Anywhere in Country, seeks an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the firm’s 1Badge Physical Security program and supervise the team responsible for access control administration, badge lifecycle governance, and biometric access controls across EY's real estate portfolio.

The role partners with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and office leadership to ensure secure, compliant access management and to support security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations, access control, or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec) or equivalent.
• Experience managing security governance and badge management programs.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure access control system.
• Coordinate with Facilities Asset Management and other stakeholders on access provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Oversee secure spaces, restricted environments, and biometric-controlled areas.
• Manage badge lifecycle and escalations for access requests.
• Coordinate deployment and maintenance of physical security technologies.
